Have you ever tried to load a PCX background wallpaper into QuickMenu III and QuickMenu III's palette completely destroyed the looks of your pic? You try twiddling with the palette controls till your blue in the face. You notice that QuickMenu III's palette (in the QM.INF file) does not match the same format of NeoPaint's PAL palette files. Don't you wish that QuickMenu III had some sort of palette loading or saving feature? How about a way to convert NeoPaint version 3.x palette files to usable percent numbers that can be "plugged in" to QuickMenu III's palette slider bars? This program will read a 16 color NeoPaint version 3.x PAL palette file and generate a text file with percent numbers that you can use in QuickMenu III to adjust the slider bars to match the palette of your work of art.
