BadgerDraft is a vector-based drawing utility for Windows 3.1, 95 and NT. TFSpinEdit is a friend of the TSpin component but works with Float numbers (single instead of integer) and also use a Precision property which set the number of digits after comma. It is just a sample and not very well written but can be usefull, so feel FREE of using it and enhance the source.
