TSPlayer is an application that lets you play any TrueSpeech 8.5 sound file (.WAV files) while you are downloading it using one of World Wide Web(WWW) internet client software. Using TSPlayer lets you hear the sounds without having to wait for the whole sound file transfer to be completed. TSPlayer also works with most of the World Wide Web client software and it is very easy to configure and work with. It's primary feature is an DSP interrupt/DMA driven core that handles real-time mixing and playing of digital sounds, background MIDI music, and background MOD music. It also supports MPU-401 output, many FM chip routines, input functions for WAVE samples and MIDI music files, and auto recognition and setup of Sound Blaster compatable cards. 4.5 millisecond clock and microsecond accuracy timers.
