Cuts large files into smaller files. This can
be useful if you are trying to move large
files from PCs to PS/2s or vice versa through
a "tiny" 360K floppy. It can also be used on
large text files to make input files that are
compatible with programs that are limited by
64K data areas (some word processors and many

PC configurations & delivers tools to examine
it.  When changes at boot-up are detected in
